Assessing Clinical Reasoning Under Uncertainty Through the Post-anesthesia Nursing Script Concordance Test: A Multimethod Methodological Study
Cunha LDM, Rahmatpour P, Ventura F, Pestana-Santos M, Lomba L and Santos MR
Clinical reasoning is essential in nursing for making informed decisions in complex health care environments. Frameworks such as Script Theory assist nurses in organizing knowledge into "scripts," which support pattern recognition, data interpretation, and uncertainty handling. While Script Concordance Tests have proven effective in nursing education, their application in the ongoing professional development, particularly in specialized areas such as postanesthesia care, has not been widely explored. The purpose of this study was to develop the Postanesthesia Nursing Script Concordance Test (PaNSCT) and to assess its validity.
Effect of Local Cold Application on Nausea and Vomiting in Early Postoperative Period-A Randomized Controlled Trial
Türkiş NA and Taşdemir N
Postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV) is one of the most common complications in surgical patients during the first 24 hours after general anesthesia. This research aimed to evaluate the effect of cold application on early PONV and antiemetic drug requirements.

Tamdogan I, Degermenci M, Olgun Keles B and Tutar MS
This study aimed to compare the sedoanalgesic efficacy and side effects between propofol-ketamine and propofol-fentanyl combinations in short gynecological procedures for increasing surgical analgesia and improving patient comfort.
The Impact of e-Mobile Education Based on the Life Model on Anxiety and Daily Living Activities in Thyroidectomy Patients: A Randomized Controlled Trial
Gülşen M and Arslan S
Anxiety following thyroid surgery adversely impacts the recovery process and the reintegration of patients into everyday life activities. This study aims to assess the impact of e-mobile training, structured according to the Life Model, on anxiety level and daily living activities in patients who have undergone thyroidectomy.

Effects of Different Doses of Dexmedetomidine on Perioperative Stress Response and Postoperative Recovery in Elderly Patients
Zang H
The management of surgical anesthesia in elderly patients presents significant challenges due to age-related physiological decline and the high prevalence of chronic diseases. This study aimed to optimize anesthesia management by exploring the dose-dependent effects of dexmedetomidine on perioperative stability and postoperative recovery.

Bibliometric Analysis of Perioperative Sleep Disturbance From 2000 to 2023: Current Status and Development Trends
Chen P and He X
Sleep disturbances are common, particularly in the perioperative setting, where they negatively impact postoperative recovery for patients. However, a thorough bibliometric analysis of perioperative sleep disturbances has yet to be conducted. We seeks to provide a comprehensive overview of the current landscape, significant areas of interest, and emerging trends in this field.
